Vanguard Giving Day Application

Vanguard Giving Day returns Thursday, November 14, 2024! 

Vanguard Giving Day is a powerful online fundraising campaign conducted for 24 hours that will provide our Campus Partners–Academics, Athletics, and Student Life–the opportunity to raise unrestricted dollars for specific programs, projects or activities.

To participate in Vanguard Giving Day, complete and submit the form below by May 30, 2024.


To participate, departments need to provide the following:

  • Designate a department leader/point person.
  • Provide 2-4 high resolution photos in landscape/horizontal format. Images with a lot of type/words and logos are not recommended.
  • Recruit 2-4 ambassadors to increase the awareness of your initiative.

Ambassadors can be students, faculty, staff, alumni, or friends, and will be asked to:

  • Make a gift that is meaningful to them, that supports the cause/s of their choice*
  • Sign up for a unique referral link
  • Send emails, texts, and social media posts to their networks throughout the ramp up to Giving Day (one month, one week, day prior, multiple times the day), Thursday, November 14, 2024.

*Student Ambassadors are not required to donate, only to ask others to support their initiative.

NOTE: Any facility upgrade or improvement projects will be sent to Campus Operations and Facilities for review of implementation and project expenses.
