Celebrating Generosity

On June 8, 90 President’s Circle members gathered at Vanguard University after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic. The evening focused on the university’s gratitude for those who impact the university through President’s Circle: donors who give a $1,000 or more annually to anywhere on campus, from academics to athletics, student life to the arts, centers to scholarships.

In addition to hearing from Vanguard President Michael J. Beals, PhD, notable alumni Jeff Motske ’88 and Erin (Bongiorno ’02) Donnovan, guests listened to current Vanguard Lion, Faith Hunt ’23. During her segment, the scholar-athlete shared from her heart about seeing Ephesians 3:20-21 lived out on campus. “I absolutely resonate with Ephesians 3 because daily I see God moving in the lives of my teammates, providing opportunities for me that I never thought possible, and even meeting me right where I am through the words of a friend delivering me a message from the Holy Spirit,” said Faith. “Vanguard is a true vessel for the Kingdom, and so many of my experiences here are constant reminders of the Lord’s provision, unconditional love, and perfect plan. None of these experiences would be possible if it weren’t for my scholarships!”

Vanguard University’s goal is to increase President’s Circle membership to 500. Will you join us in making an impact on the lives of students?
