Imagine Milestone II
When Imagine: The Campaign for Vanguard University launched in 2019, we had no idea how the Lord would bless Vanguard. Looking back on His provision and the generosity of the VU community, we are simply astonished.
It is amazing to witness the outpouring of generosity by so many in our community that care deeply about Christian higher education and raising up the next generation of Christ-centered leaders.
Milestone II of Imagine: The Campaign for Vanguard University resulted in $24 million toward construction of the Freed Center for Leadership and Service and the continued strengthening of the Vanguard endowment. In October, the Vanguard community dedicated the Freed Center to be a place of transformation of generations of students.
Your participation in Imagine ensured students and the Vanguard community will have a dynamic athletics and learning facility, make the transformational Vanguard educational experience accessible and affordable for all students, and empower Vanguard’s future as we become the leading source for Christian higher education in California.
Give to the Imagine Campaign:
Freed Center for Leadership and Service
The 60,000-square-foot Freed Center for Leadership and Service is a place where generations of student-athletes are developed into champions of character, where students are prepared for a life of service through hands-on academic preparation in new classrooms and state-of-the-art labs, and where students are called to leadership and service by God in engaging chapels, worship services, conferences and events. The building offers seating for nearly 2,000 fans, weight room, and an athletic training room as well as interactive labs, four classrooms, and study spaces.
Vanguard Endowment
The Vanguard Endowment is a permanent fund made up of several individual funds established by contributions from donors. A strong endowment provides financial security and flexibility and empowers and equips Vanguard to quickly respond to university needs without relying on government aid or reducing university-provided student aid by drawing from the operational budget. If you are interested in providing this type of lasting support and stability, please prayerfully consider investing in the Vanguard Endowment.
